What’s next for Wave?

We have many exciting developments happening with our WaveTrackR software. For example, we will be enabling both job copy and time recommendations, giving recruiters power to create more effective job postings by optimising their job copy and informing when and where to post.

This event will mean meeting people and organisations we may not ordinarily encounter, allowing us to showcase our products directly to them. Meeting other suppliers in our sector will be valuable for own creativity, prompting new technologies and solutions for our own business. In summary, the event has the potential to make our product and business even better.

What’s next for Colleague Software?

We already integrate deeply with Office 365 however we’re always looking for new ways to fully connect and integrate all aspects of the recruitment process. Our new back office function will come out in Q3 2019, we’re also looking at exciting options for management information and reporting.

Furthermore, we’re investing time and development in how to harness Microsoft Power BI to provide greater insight into the data customers already have. Exploration of AI and Machine Learning will also be key to our development.

Who should I talk to, and why?

Who knows! But whatever gets thrown at us from the social media giants we’ll be ready for it! Strategically, I think Recruiters need to up their game when it comes to content and opt for quality over quantity approach. My focus is definitely to encourage Recruiters to engage in a 'content that counts' approach.
